Where Your Donation Will Go

Prize4Life, Inc. is incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Please consult a tax advisor to understand the tax implications of your donation.

Your money will be used to fund Prize4Life prizes to help find an effective treatment for ALS and to cover the costs of administering and promoting the prizes.

We attempt to keep our costs down through the charity of professionals:

• We have chosen PayPal to manage our donation collection.  They have generously waived all fees and 100% of your donation goes straight to Prize4Life.
