2010-2011
MENG JIANG
A 2010-2011 Board Fellow, Mr. Meng Jiang is currently a student at the Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Meng worked as Product Marketing Manager at Intel Corporation responsible for notebook product lines. A graduate of Intel's Leadership Rotation Program, Meng has also served in functions including Executive Assistant, Strategic Planning, and Patent & Licensing. Meng received his BS/MS degrees in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
JEN LESSER
A 2010-2011 Board Fellow, Ms. Jen Lesser is currently a student at the Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Jen completed a Master's in Bioscience Enterprise at the University of Cambridge. While at Cambridge, Jen interned at Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, a healthcare venture capital firm. Prior to Cambridge, Jen was an Associate at Close Concerns, a consulting firm serving pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology clients in the diabetes and obesity markets. Before Close Concerns, Jen spent two years in equity research at Barclays Capital (Lehman Brothers). Jen has a B.A. in Biology from Amherst College and an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge.
LAUREN PFLEPSEN
A 2010-2011 Board Fellow, Ms. Lauren Pflepsen is currently a student at the Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Lauren was an Associate in the Strategic Advisory Group at Leerink Swann (Healthcare Investment Bank), where she devised business development, commercial, and R&D growth strategies for biopharma companies. Lauren graduated cum laude from Princeton University with an A.B. in Psychology and Certificate in Neuroscience, and was awarded a competitive grant for her undergraduate thesis on biomarker-based diagnosis of schizophrenia.
DEMY TANG
A 2010-2011 Board Fellow, Ms. Demy Tang is currently a student at the Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Demy worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Aegon Industrials Fund in Shanghai, where she analyzed investment opportunities of various industries including healthcare. Prior to Aegon Industrials, she led the research department for commodities shipping at Streambine, a logistics company based in Sydney. Demy received a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

ERIN BARRINGER
A 2009-2010 Board Fellow, Ms. Erin Barringer is currently a student at the Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Erin worked as Consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, offering strategy consulting advice to global health organization. Before Dalberg, Erin worked as a Consultant at IMS consulting, offering strategy consulting advice to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Erin has a B.A. in History of Science from Harvard University.
ROBERT JANG
A 2009-2010 Board Fellow, Mr. Robert Jang is currently a student at the Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Robert worked as an Associate at The Carlyle Group (U.S. Buyout Fund) focusing on healthcare investments. Before Carlyle, Robert worked as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch in its Mergers & Acquisition group. Robert has a B.A. in Economics-Political Science from Columbia University.
ELIA PINEIRO
A 2009-1010 Board Fellow, Ms. Elia Pineiro is a student and research associate at the Harvard Business School. She is currently working with HBS faculty on an international healthcare case, CEO Time Study and New CEO Workshop. Prior to HBS, Elia was a pharmaceutical sales representative with Sanofi-Aventis. After business school, she hopes to re-enter the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry in a strategy or business development position.

ANDREW DERVAN
Mr. Andrew Dervan was a Board Fellow as a second-year student at Harvard Business School. He has worked as a summer associate at 5am Ventures, an early stage healthcare venture capital firm, and as a business development intern at Pulmatrix, an aerosol therapeutics company. Andrew has also completed research at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy in Los Angeles. His work has appeared in journals such as Molecular and Cellular Biology and the Journal of Nursing Administration. Andrew has a BA in biology from Yale University where he studied neuroscience. He is currently at Harvard Medical School where he is finishing his MD degree.
SEAN MURRAY
Mr. Sean Murray was a Board Fellow as a first-year student at Harvard Business school. He has worked as a design engineer at orthopedic manufacturer Stryker, where he led a design team that produced a line of patent-pending disposable manifolds. Murray played baseball at the University of New Mexico and graduated as valedictorian of the School of Engineering. He was also one of 77 students in the United States awarded a Truman Scholarship in 2004 for leadership potential. He currently works for McKinsey & Company.
MADELEINE TJON PIAN GI
Ms. Tjon Pian Gi was a Board Fellow as a first-year student at Harvard Business School. She has worked as a Junior Associate and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in San Francisco and Amsterdam, as well as interning at Shell International and the Monitor Company in the Netherlands. She received her BS in International Business Administration in 2003 and her Master of Science in Economics and Business in 2005 from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

NIKITA GUJRAL
Ms. Nikita Gujral was a Board Fellow as a first year student at the Harvard Business School. She has worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley, where she was one of two analysts selected and sponsored to work full-time for the 9/11 United Services Group, which coordinated and managed a network of over 40 human services agencies that collectively served over 85,000 people affected by the World Trade Center terrorist attacks. She has also worked as an associate at Azimuth Trust and at the Gordon E. and Betty I. Moore Foundation. Nikita earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School.
MEEGAN LEMOTT
Meegan LeMott is a Board Fellow and a first year student at the
Harvard
Business
School. Prior to arriving at Harvard, she worked for Transform Pharmaceuticals, a division of Johnson & Johnson, where she focused on pharmaceutical development and formulation/platform development. She holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from
Pennsylvania
State
University and an M.S. in chemical engineering from MIT.
MARK WETZEL
Mr. Mark Wetzel has been affiliated with Prize4Life since 2007, first as a Board Fellow and then as head of fundraising efforts at Harvard University. His father-in-law courageously battled ALS for over three years, which inspired Mark to join Prize4Life when he was a graduate student. Mr. Wetzel is currently a full member of our Board of Directors and a member of the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Philosophy from Boston College and earned his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

PETER BOWEN
Mr. Peter Bowen is a Consultant at Bain & Company and a graduate of Harvard Business School, Class of 2007. His father was diagnosed with ALS in January of 2005, which prompted him to seek out Avi and join Prize4Life during his school years. He has volunteered with Prize4Life since 2006 and works to raise funds for ALS organizations including Prize4Life through a variety of charity events. He resides in Boston and did his undergraduate at Cornell University.
ALLISON KOTZIN
Ms. Allison Kotzin was a Board fellow during her second year at the Harvard Business School. After graduation she joined the Genzyme corporation as part of the business development group. She was previously an associate for Morgan Stanley. Ms. Kotzin holds an A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. Her father battled ALS for 20 years, which prompted her to seek out Avi and join the Prize4Life team. She has been instrumental in various development efforts for the organization.
HARPREET SINGH
Harpreet served as a Board Fellow from 2006-2007. Her commitment to ALS research stems from her father's battle with ALS, which he lost in 1995. Harpreet's professional interests are the intersection between technology, social enterprise, and education. She currently works at Apple in product planning. Prior to business school, Harpreet worked as a strategy consultant with The Bridgespan Group, a strategy consulting firm affiliated with Bain & Company that is focused on social enterprise, and in international policy & development with the United Nations, CARE, and the Aga Khan Development Network. Harpreet has an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management, a Masters from Harvard University in International Education Policy and Bachelors from Duke University in Public Policy Studies and Economics.
