Ms. Ilana Golan is a Serial Entrepreneur, Mentor and now Investor and speaker in the Silicon Valley. Selected as 40 top women to watch in 2016 and Silicon Valley Business Journal Women of Influence for 2017. Bringing 20 years of engineering, product, sales, operations and entrepreneurial experience to help primarily Israeli startups succeed in the US. Working with many accelerators in the bay area such as Google Launchpad to mentor and open the right doors to their startups. Through Golan Ventures, Ilana has created the Bridge of Innovation – Connecting corporate innovation efforts with relevant startups that have the solutions needed. Working closely with Israel Chamber of Commerce and Israel Trade to bring the most impact to both sides. Ilana studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering in the Technion.


Mr. Scott Greenberg is Vice President of Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) Project Leadership at Celgene. In this capacity, Scott oversees a team of Project Leaders and Project Managers who are responsible for drug development programs across the I&I Franchise at Celgene. Scott has held a number of roles during his more than 11 years at Celgene, including both regional and global leadership roles across multiple diverse functional areas including Sales, Strategic Planning and Business Development. Prior to his time at Celgene, Scott worked in Goldman Sach's investment banking division, specializing in financial transactions in the healthcare field. He received B.A. and B.S. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.


Ms. Amy Jenkins is Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at Education Elements, a company that partners with school districts to design and implement personalized learning. She completed her M.B.A at Harvard Business School where she was awarded the Horace W. Goldsmith Award for outstanding commitment to the non-profit sector. After business school, Amy spent a fellowship year at NewSchools Venture Fund, a venture philanthropy firm working to transform public education through powerful ideas and passionate entrepreneurs. In 2007, Amy joined The Monitor Group as a consultant in San Francisco, where she remained until 2012. At Monitor she focused on strategy and growth, in both the non-profit and commercial sector. Prior to HBS, she served as a teacher through Teach for America in Oakland, California as well as launched SCORES in the Bay Area. Amy has a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College.


Mr. Andrea Marano is a co-founder and CEO of Fondo Italiano per l'Efficienza Energetica SGR S.p.A, the first equity fund dedicated to energy efficiency projects in Italy. He is a the former CEO and shareholder of Lucos Alternative Energies, former executive of Enel Green Power, as well as a former assistant vice president at The Capital Group Companies in London. Andrea holds an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. Andrea has been a Chartered Financial Analyst® Charterholder since 2002.


Ms. Rebecca (Becky) Dalton Sansoterra, Chair of the Board, is the President of StratFit Consulting, Inc, a start-up strategic planning company. She has worked over fifteen years in the healthcare industry, most recently in a variety of senior strategy, marketing and operational roles at Hollister Incorporated in Chicago, IL. Previously, Becky worked at DaVita, Inc. as well as within the Health and Life Sciences Strategy Consulting Group at Accenture. She completed her M.B.A with honors at Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a B.S. in Chemistry.


Mr. Guy Yamen is a Managing Partner at TPY Capital. He is a former business analyst/engagement manager for McKinsey & Company, as well as a summer associate with Lehman Brothers and a summer analyst with Goldman Sachs. He is also a former financial reporter for the Marker Media. Guy holds an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School and an LL.B. (Law degree) and a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University in Israel.
