Personal Information:  During registration on this website, we may collect personal contact and/or transaction related information.  We will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute this information to any third party without your consent and knowledge.

Refund Policy

Donations:  Prize4Life collects unrestricted donations on its website to support our mission.  If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your on-line donation, contact us at donate@prize4life.org.  We will work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary, make any refund or correction that is appropriate.  If you change your mind about donating on-line to Prize4Life for any reason, Prize4Life is happy to honor our decision as long as you request a refund (return of donation) within 10 calendar days of the date on which you made the contribution.  To request a refund, e-mail donate@prize4life.org.  Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original donation.

A Prize4Life Gala Tickets:  All tickets to A Prize4Life Gala are nonrefundable.  

5K4Life Race:  You may cancel your registration for the race up until September 23rd, 2011 and receive a full refund. After that date no refund can be issued.  Registration paid by credit card will be credited to the credit card account and a refund check will be issued for registration paid for by check.
